
Ocean Crest Development was set up to build well designed and high quality holiday apartments in Boa Vista. We don’t do vanity projects, nor overcrowded developments with crazy projections, just well built apartments in a wonderful location.
The team behind the company has backgrounds in property development, construction management and overseas investment. We have worked across multiple international markets and we chose Boa Vista deliberately. The island has the infrastructure, flight connections and visitor numbers to support a high yield holiday rental market. That always matters when you’re committing to an off-plan development.

How we work
Our development, Estoril Beach in Sal Rei, is being delivered in partnership with Pinchin Architects, a UK based practice with broad residential experience and a local architectural team led by Éric Firmino, a Cape Verdean architect registered with the OAC (Ordem dos Arquitectos de Cabo Verde). That combination of UK design standards and local knowledge is a key benefit to you and is how the project gets done properly.
Construction follows Cape Verdean building regulations throughout, with structural engineering calculated on a reinforced concrete frame, pillars, beams and slab floors that are built to last in a coastal Atlantic climate. Materials specified suit the environment such as aluminium lacquered windows and doors that handle salt air, stone/ceramic finishes that wear well and natural ventilation built into the layout so the apartments stay comfortable without having to solely rely on air conditioning.

Our current development
Estoril Beach is a development of eight two-bedroom apartments in Sal Rei, Boa Vista. Designed by Pinchin Architects with local architect Éric Firmino, the building offers apartments from 80.93 sqm, a rooftop infinity pool, communal terraces and lift access — finished to a specification that stands up in both the holiday and rental market.
